MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I’m Taylor, a strength coach and competitive powerlifter with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, along with my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).
For me, coaching is about so much more than workouts. It’s about helping people build strength they can carry through every part of their lives. My approach combines education and experience to help clients train hard, stay pain free, and build confidence in themselves throughout the process.
As both a coach and athlete, I understand what it takes to pursue challenging goals while maintaining a sustainable routine to support long term progress.
